During the winter season guests enjoy this magnificent setting as well, cross country setting, snowshoeing, and hiking on Birdwing's groomed trails. In addition, a variety of aerobic, yoga, relaxation, and conditioning classes are offered. Guests are encouraged to attend classes if they would like, or plan their own schedule. The planned activities are designed to provide conditioning exercises, stress reduction strategies, and a rejuvenating spirit.
