Pasta Salad Bowl Recipe
Makes: 6 servings
- 2 cups uncooked pasta
- 1/4 cup broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup cauliflower florets
- 10 oz. snow peas
- 1/2 cup carrot slices
- 1 lb. sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup fat-free Italian salad dressing
- pepper to taste
- Cook pasta according to package directions; rinse under cold water and drain well.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, vegetables and dressing and toss to mix all ingredients.
- Add pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving
