Weight Loss and Reflexology
Eighty five percent of the female subjects reported a positive change in digestion after treatment for constipation with reflexology. Subjects received two treatments a week for four weeks, with a minimum of two days between treatments, then, one treatment a week for seven weeks, for a total of 15 treatments. Eighty percent reported improvements in other health problems as well.

People who were suffering from severe obesity experienced relief after reflexology treatments for digestive problems such as excessive appetite, abdominal distention and constipation. Other problems the patients had related to being obese were relieved and improved their quality of life.
